When our heaters are in operation the warm air naturally wants to travel to cold areas of the home or office. It’s not until those areas have warmed up that the occupants feel warm. 

Glass is the weak link, single glazing will always be cold. The warm air will hit the cold glass and create a draft and will never warm up. This is why you’ll feel uneven temperatures when waking towards your windows. The only way we could fix this in the past was to close thick curtains or replace your windows with double glazing.  Not any more, now we have high light transmission films that reduce up to 47% of your heat loss, bringing your single glazing almost up to that of double glazing. And will reduce over 50% of your heat gain in summer.
